About a week ago I was talking to Mark about a podcast discussion I wanted to have in an upcoming solo episode. Midway through me sharing my thoughts he pointed out that our conversational dynamic could actually work really well for this particular topic. I immediately agreed & asked him to come on with me to help facilitate this episode discussion.
Today we are circling back with a conversation about how to honor our beliefs without passing judgment, how I lean into curiosity instead of criticism, and the importance of listening to & learning from others who are unlike ourselves. I also talk about my personal connection to the concept, something I’ve never shared publicly.
